Booking through Life is for members. Clinic and lab costs are passed on at the price we are quoted, with no mark-up, and you approve every quote first.

Add a partner for half the price of your plan, and children under 18 for €9 a month each. One account, one team, separate private records.

Life for your team.
Essential for every employee from €39 per person a month, with upgrades for leaders. One invoice, usage reports without any health data, and a team that arranges care in every country you work in.

Your record stays in the EU. Encrypted, and opened only by people you approve.
You can leave any time. Cancel your membership whenever you like. Download everything, or delete it.

Where can I use Life?
Anywhere. We arrange care in your home city and wherever you travel. Tell us where you are and we find the right place.
What does a booking cost on top of membership?
Only what the clinic or lab charges. We send you the price first, and nothing is booked until you say yes. We add no mark-up.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on Essential, 4 hours on Plus and the same day, around the clock, on Private.
Does this replace my GP?
No. Life arranges and coordinates care, and can send your results to your GP if you want.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the month. Write to team@lifebymolliora.com.
Is this for emergencies?
No. In an emergency, call the local emergency number. We can help with follow-up care afterwards.

Privacy
When you make a request, we store what you tell us, including any health details, together with your name and contact details. We use this only to arrange your care, and share it with a clinic or lab only after you approve a booking.
Membership payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your email and payment details. We never see your full card number.
Requests are stored with Supabase on servers in the EU (Ireland). Photographs are loaded from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts. To show the page in your language, we look up which country your connection comes from; this is not stored on our servers.
Cookies and similar technologies: every page loads Google Tag Manager from Google’s servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address. Google Analytics (statistics) and Google Ads (marketing) cookies are set only after you agree in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode tells these Google tags that consent is denied, so they do not set cookies. Your language and your cookie choice are stored in your browser so the site works as you expect; this does not require consent.
Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, with effect for the future, under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We keep your choice in your browser for 6 months and then ask again. According to Google, the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) expire after up to 2 years and the Google Ads cookie (_gcl_au) after 90 days; you can delete them in your browser at any time.
