What a family membership includes
- Add a partner for half the price of your plan.

- Doctors, specialists, blood tests and scans booked for any family member, in any city.
- Kids by Molliora is included for children on a Life family membership: clear guidance on screens, sleep and everyday habits for children 6 to 18.
Help with care for your child
Tell us what your child needs and where you are. Your Life team finds the right doctor or specialist, sends you the time, place and exact price, and books it after you approve. Results go into your child’s own private record.
Choose the plan for the main member
- Life Essential – €49: reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 8–17 CET.
- Life Plus – €149: reply within 4 hours, seven days a week, and a doctor reviews every result with you.
- Life Private – €490: same-day replies around the clock and a named care manager and physician.
Clinic, lab and specialist fees are paid separately, exactly as quoted, with no mark-up. You always approve the price first. Prices per person per month, including VAT.

How much does it cost to add my family?

Can you book a doctor for my child when we travel?
Yes. We arrange care in your home city and wherever you travel.
Is Kids by Molliora included?
Yes, for children on a Life family membership. On its own it costs €19 a month or €149 a year for the whole family.
Is Life for emergencies?
No. In an emergency, call the local emergency number. We can help with follow-up care afterwards.
