Life by Molliora™ is a trademark and service of Molliora GmbH.
When you make a request, we store what you tell us, including any health details, together with your name and contact details. We use this only to arrange your care, and share it with a clinic or lab only after you approve a booking.
Membership payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your email and payment details. We never see your full card number.
Requests are stored with Supabase on servers in the EU (Ireland). Photographs are loaded from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts. To show the page in your language, we look up which country your connection comes from; this is not stored on our servers.
Cookies and similar technologies: every page loads Google Tag Manager from Google’s servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address. Google Analytics (statistics) and Google Ads (marketing) cookies are set only after you agree in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode tells these Google tags that consent is denied, so they do not set cookies. Your language and your cookie choice are stored in your browser so the site works as you expect; this does not require consent.
Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, with effect for the future, under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We keep your choice in your browser for 6 months and then ask again. If you join our WhatsApp community, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your phone number and messages, and the group admins can see your number. You can leave at any time, and we remove you when your membership ends.
